Young leaders making a difference in children\u2019s mental health <\/strong><\/h2>

We Are George is a group of dynamic young professionals who are passionate about breaking the stigma that surrounds mental health and are eager to give back to their community. We have two driving purposes: \u00a0to raise awareness about the George Hull Centre and its initiatives among young professionals in the GTA; and to cultivate the next generation of donors and George Hull Centre board members. Since 2015, we have raised over $100,000 for the Centre through our annual fundraising events.\u00a0<\/p>

How can you join?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>

We Are George is always looking for young professionals to join our group. No prior experience working or volunteering in the mental health field is needed \u2013 if you are enthusiastic, have a desire to make a difference, a passion for mental health and like to have fun we want to hear from you. Our committee members have a variety of professional backgrounds, making We Are George a great networking opportunity too. There are both general members and members with defined roles in fundraising, events, marketing, graphic design and finance.<\/p>
