Our 2025-27 Strategic Priorities
The George Hull Centre will pursue three strategic priorities over the next three years, supported by five strategic enablers.
SERVING THE COMMUNITY
We will broaden our reach by advancing trauma-informed and culturally responsive care, while sharing our innovative practices more widely through partnerships and training.
GOALS

- A model of practice that is recognized and trusted as the standard of care
- Establish strategic partnerships to broaden the reach of the Centre’ s practice model
DEMONSTRATING EXCELLENCE
We will elevate clinical excellence by embedding measurement-based care, improving efficiency, and piloting new technologies that give our staff more time to focus on clients.
GOALS
- Proof of the Centre’s impact, through compelling client stories supported with extensive data
- Increase effective and efficient use of Centre resources
- Piloting new and emerging technology to deliver services more broadly and with efficiency
ESTABLISHING A SUSTAINABLE FUNDING FRAMEWORK
To ensure long-term stability, we will lay down the foundation for a sustainable funding framework—refreshing our brand, launching new fundraising initiatives, and developing revenue from proprietary programs.
GOALS
- Deliver on the Identified goals and objectives of the Institute of Childhood Trauma and Attachment
- Establish a fundraising framework to support the Centre’s programs, growth, and capacity
- Maximize the philanthropy and partnerships potential of our work
