The George Hull Centre is a leading Children’s Mental Health Centre providing a full continuum of services to children from birth to 18 and their families in Etobicoke. The Research Department supports agency-wide initiatives in the areas of research, data management, program evaluation, project management, and quality assurance.
The Research Department is currently seeking a highly organized person with initiative and attention to detail to fill the position of Executive Assistant. The Assistant will be responsible for performing a significant variety of multi-faceted assignments of an administrative and coordination nature. Reporting to the Director of Research, Evaluation and Project Management, the successful candidate will be joining a growing team dedicated to fostering organizational excellence and support for the Centre’s vital services to children and families.

TRAINER & CONSULTANT (Senior Social Worker/Clinician)
Institute of Childhood Trauma and Attachment
Part-Time Position (21.75 hours per week)
Permanent, Start date flexible
Hourly Salary Range: $ 41.06 – 45.34
LOCATION: The George Hull Centre for Children and Families, Etobicoke, Ontario
We are looking for a Trainer and Consultant with extensive knowledge and experience in assessing and treating trauma and attachment difficulties in children and youth to join the Centre’s Institute of Childhood Trauma and Attachment. The role will involve developing and implementing training and consultation for a variety of audiences on behalf of the Institute.
This position requires a highly skilled and passionate clinician with proven ability to engage adult learners in developing clinical and practical skills in the area of trauma-informed and responsive care. Successful applicants will have strong interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage several projects independently, as well as a commitment to collaborative teamwork and shared leadership. A minimum of five years of training experience that includes teaching, training, mentoring, program review and curriculum development; facilitation of professional learning and reflective inquiry is required. Excellent written and oral language proficiency is required.
